I highly recommend this place. The staff were amazing to deal with and went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. With an attention to detail the room was perfect. It was clean, spacious and the large spa bath was very inviting. It is amongst the other wineries and just down the road from the town centre which was perfect for our trip. I would love to come back here 10/10
Had such an amazing stay. We even got an upgrade on our room which was a nice surprise and got to look over the lake. Beautiful room and lovely scenery. So good we decided to stay another night. Staff were all lovely and friendly. We will definitely be back again. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful.
Very relaxing stay, we have stayed before in the family villas, which are fabulous and the surroundings are lovely. The breakfast options were fantastic and delicious. Customer service is faultless. However we had a smaller unit this time and it was looking tired and needed some paint touch ups and the remotes for the Air Con and TV required new batteries and were a bit temperamental . Overall cleanliness was great. We would definitely come back to stay,
The fire was lit and the room was toasty, just the right sort of welcome on a cold winters day. The dinner was perfect, the portion sizes enabled us to enjoy multiple courses. Breakfast was out of this world. Definitely not the normal breakfast when included in the room deal. With everything been thought of it made the experience very memorable
Could not be more impressed and happy with our stay. Started with a complimentary upgrade which absolutely made our day. Walk into a warm and inviting fresh room with a view. With a spa bath and a heated towel rack, we were sorted. Everything you need is in the room for you. Even ear plugs! A nail file! Toothbrush and tooth paste! They even had a pillow menu! The breakfast included was the best thing and we can’t stop telling everyone how yummy the eggs and mushrooms were. Can’t wait to come back and we only checked out this morning.
A beautiful place to stay. Cottages are appointed to be relaxing and they lived up to this. The cottage had everything we required. Staff were very accommodating and welcoming. Try for a few days away from the hustle and bustle of city life and recharge your batteries. Food & drinks: The dinner menu and presentation were exceptional, staff very attentive
Really comfortable and well equipped chalet. Top notch evening dining too. Loved every minute, the only complaint is that we didn't stay longer. Highly recommended.
Another great stay, although the fire in the room didn't work and our neighbours complained that we were making too much noise, when we weren't, also they said that the pool was at 25 degrees, and it was a bit colder than that, but the spa pool was lovely and overall we really enjoyed our stay. I'd say this is a 4 star locationRooms: 5/5
Right from the time of the initial booking, through the arrival and checkin, to the service and the stunning meals at the York Bistro this was a sublime experience. Totally recommend this resort and the Brunner Lodge with its own hot tub was just amazing. Thanks for a great long weekend team we will most definitely be back !
The cottages were very spacious and clean. Enjoyed the Hot Tub on our deck. Made use of the heated pool. Only the breakfast let us down was lukewarm the first day and the scrambled eggs were very runny but seemed better on the 2nd day. Evening meal in restaurant was very nice. Would love to return one day. Staff friendly and helpful
