First of all, I would like to highlight being on frontline serving customers is never an easy job. There are times, you meet really demanding requests and there are times you meet really understanding client. You not only must know your job, you must tune your mood and worry which moment you step on which client's tail. I hope everyone here, either us as a client or you as a staff, just be compromise a bit. My experience with BMW staff is friendly, they listen and try to suggest another solution for me so I can finish my task smoothly. I can feel they are very caution in explaining why they cannot do so. Then suggest I discuss with advisor. I think they have performed well as a team and for the company image well being. 5 stars to Serene, Natalie & Johan. You guys are Awesome!!!
Please find Ian. BEST SERVICE EVER. He really went above and beyond to all our request and manage to get our car within 2 weeks best after sales service also!
When sell you that time service very good but later come in servicing the staff all ignore you one. See you waiting already just look busy and do something else and hope other staff will serve you. Collect car also take forever more than 20 minutes Unless you big shot expect poor service
I would not be surprised if the good reviews here for after sales service are fake ones by staff or their friends and families. There is nothing NOTHING good about a company that makes you wait for ONE hour, sometimes longer, just to pick up your car after routing servicing. Three years already. Same thing. Every. Single. Time. But have to say, sales staff are great. 100 marks. Which is why we bought the car. After sales service is 0. Get a Mercedes. Edited to add response to BMW's request for my details: You do not need my details. If you really want to fix the problem, please spend an hour at the lobby of your showroom, where people are waiting for their cars. Or, check the sign in and sign out times. Every hour, every day. Maybe some parts of the day are worse. You don't need a customer's personal details to acknowledge a problem and to fix it. If you are committed to customer service, just roll up your sleeves and go to the floor where everyone waits for their cars.
PML has given me great cars and great service since 2015! This is largely due to Mr Benedict Chan, the sales agent I go back to all the time. He is extremely knowledgeable , helpful, efficient , responsive, and recommends the best options to suit my customized needs. Always helpful with after sales service too.

Serviced my car in December 2022. Car wasn't washed upon collection. Received a notification to bring my car in for servicing again 4 days ago January 2023. I wasn't sure if this was an automated message so I've been trying to reach someone from the service center via the 1800 hotline. 3 days went by and day after day, someone tells me they will get someone to call me but never did. I had to drive in just to be able to speak with someone. Found out I really have to service again for other jobs within a span of 1 month. I hope performance motors can look into this and reduce the inconvenience and time of owning a bmw from Performance Motors. Buying a car begins a relationship with the dealership for a matter of years. Referral and repeat purchase depends very much on the after sales experience. It pushes clients like myself to want to purchase the next ride with a competitor because it's not only the car I'm purchasing, but the entire experience. To be fair, not everyone I met gave me a bad experience. So this review is really for Performance to work on managing their customer's expectations better.
No other options but to share here so that someone can contact us and do remember we are their customers still waiting patiently. Personally experienced! Service booking took more than 3 months! Encountered faulty camera in Aug and cannot be fixed due to no available slot. Earliest slot was in Nov and we waited. And finally car was sent to the service center for the faulty camera, replace LED headlights and the engine oil service was overdue too! Supposedly one day service, became 2 days as the explanation was the car software need to be refreshed because of the change of LED. The software took 2 days to refresh and upon collection the car on the 2nd day, was informed that the camera was not fixed as they require approval for the replacement of the camera. Everything was still under warranty as it was only 2 years old! And till today, I am still don’t know when the camera can be fixed! On another occasion, the car was being towed to PML workshop due to some sound while driving. Car was left in the workshop for 5 days and still cannot diagnose any issue and workshop still continue wanted to retain the car without any indication when the car can be collected! Can anyone imagine the helplessness we are! No car replacement, no sign of when the car is ready…!! The brief explanation from the workshop staff was the person in charge was on leave for one week and no one was updated on the status and today CS manager suddenly called and claimed that he was returning a list of calls as the person in charge is diagnosed with lung disease! I have been waiting patiently with 2 emails sent via the feedback portal, spoken to the workshops technicians and our sales representative. Till now, I really don’t have an answer of when my camera can be fixed.
Always had a hard time booking for service and the date available is forever more than a month later! And even when you finally got a service slot, it’ll take one or two days to get it done for normal servicing. Lame Performance Motors! You ought to do better for the premium price people paying for your cars.
Jeffrey Koh is probably the best advisor I have ever met. Great customer service and assure all my problems and enquiries are met. He is also very responsible. If I were to change car, I would definitely buy a BMW again and request him to become my advisor.
