Stayed here in mid-November, and a fantastic location for walking into the busier parts of town. Fred was very accommodating to move my reservation forward a week. The 1 bedroom unit had everything needed for 1 or 2 people cooking, bathroom, bedding, etc. Check-in was an unique experience with just a list of guest names and keys on the reception desk; the owners are nearby and watching though! Washing machine was free to use and ample space for line drying. Fred also happily collected our compost to use for the worm farm.
Really comfortable rooms, great service and in a great location with plenty of bars, restaurants and takeaways within a short walk. The Marina and Sports club are also just across the road. Highly recommend.
The room is clean and well maintained. The downside is that the wardrobe is not even a real wardrobe a half height one with minimal space and the wifi connection is quite bad need to be seated nearer to the door for it to work well.
Well worth the reasonable tariff. Immaculate rooms, well equipped studios, loved the trees and quiet location too. Pleasant balcony too.
Lovely spotlessly clean rooms, yes a bit dated but very comfortable, especially the beds. Will stay again !
