Beautiful piece of lamb shoulder from here, just recommend it. The juices are amazing, make sure to have some of that spread over the meat. Potatoes I think could be baked a little longer. Meat pulls straight off the bone and is pretty soft with good textures around the crispy areas. Make sure you get that juice!Food: 5/5
Almost wanted to skip it cause our family doesn’t really like lamb, but decided to try as the reviews were great. Happy to report that it lived up to its reviews. The lamb was extremely juicy, tender and flavorful. The potatoes were roasted in the meat’s juices making is really soft and flavorful. Would def recommend to try this out while in Queenstown.
This spot has hands-down the best roasted lamb in town—so tender and juicy, it's practically a flavor explosion! The peas were a delightful surprise, sweet and lovely. The serving size is no joke; it easily fed my family of 4 with some to spare. Word of advice: call to reserve in advance. We learned the hard way on day one—it sold out before closing time. Booked for the next day and picked up a feast we won't soon forget!
Small place, really only for takeout. Love the simplicity, you get the lamb and potatoes and there are extra sides if you want. This can easily feed three people or two adults and two small children especially if you get more potatoes or peas. The lamb itself is well seasoned. The skin is super crispy and the meat is tender and falls off the bone. The potatoes soak up all lamb flavor and seasoning. The bread and peas were a nice addition. Lived up to the hype!
Takeaway shop, with a little bar counter if you need to eat in. The lamb was melt in your mouth delicious, and the potatoes and slaw were excellent as well. We ended up getting a combo of potatoes and slaw not on the menu but offered by the staff which was perfect!Food: 5/5

In Queenstown, myself and my mate decided to order some food we were craving some NZ Lamb so we decided to order from Pedro's House of the Lamb. The food arrived early and hot it was packaged really well and felt hot, the portion size was great enough for 3/4 people, beautiful cook and well season lamb, the peas and spuds were lovely well cooked not over done. The food was delicious I really enjoyed my meal. I highly recommend this establishment. Vegetarian options: The Lamb is all halal.
Pedro's House of Lamb is a definite must stop when you are in Queenstown! The service was amazing, super friendly and approachable staff. We loved hearing the back story of the origin of the store. The food was absolutely fantastic, the most delicious, tender and flavoursome lamb I've ever had in my life! It melts in your mouth, falls off the bone, 100% recommend!
Under whelmed. I had Pedro's a few years back in Christchurch and remember being really impressed. Lamb was tender but not a lot of flavour, similar to a slow cooker with stock, not as good as a home cooked roast. Spuds were under done and not browned. OK but a bit disappointing for $70
