Peakes Kitchen is one of those places you wish you had in your neighbourhood, the food is that good. Is it value for money? Maybe not, but like everything these days, there's a higher price on most things, plus it costs extra to get deliveries to out of the way places. Apart from the food, the customer service is great too. If you go here though, be prepared to queue as the place is that busy. Oh and get an Ice-Cream, probably the best I've had in New Zealand. Closed May and June from memory, so hurry if you want to go.
Very delicious beef burger, the best we have ever eaten. The nugget was good and fries portion was very generous. We also ordered the ice cream, which we were surprised when received as it was beautifully decorated. Really happy with the service received. There were cool items sold in their shop too.
We stopped in late as they were closing. What an amazing beef burger. They make their own patties, pickle their own beetroot, order special buns. You can taste all that care!nSadly we were too hungry to photograph it.nService was also incredible, paying real attention to my dietary restrictions, offering us a share plate and cutting the burger in two. Would definitely recommend for the quality of the food and the service.
Best Chicken burger ever!!! Fantastic staff and service. Amazing food. Cooked to perfection. The crumb on the chicken is incredible. Apparently a secret recipe, let's keep it that way. It is so good.
Fabulous! We had one of their burgers today, and it's definitely one of the best I've ever had. Very friendly and helpful too. Home made aioli. Coffees are good, with a marshmallow on the side, and home bakes are lovely. Go try something, you won't regret it.
