Had the best experience!!! Very happy customers, food was delicious and just right. Staff were wonderful and very friendly, and I am not talking about the view... The view was absolutely stunning... Looking forward to come back. Thank you so much again.
Could not fault the service. Our waiter was very courteous, friendly and helpful. Lovely venue, superb view. Unfortunately our snack was a let down. There wasn't much to choose from and the ginger crunch was stale.

Fantastic views here. Good service too. It was a shame the food took so, so long. Only burgers. But every bun was burnt to a char around the edges, including other customers. Person next to us cut all the edges off, it was that bad. Another left the entire bun. EASY thing to get right for any cook or chef !
Fantastic view from deck to Hawkes Bay area. One of our favourite watering holes when visiting Te Mata Peak in Hastings.
Beautiful cafe in a stunning location. Felt a bit out of place walking inside with our hiking boots on as its so nice inside but the staff are accommodating and helpful. Good drinks menu, coffee Supreme, beer including local breweries, smoothies. Nice place for a treat on the walk down from the peak!
A fantastic reward after hiking Te Mata Peak. Food was amazing, especially the chicken burger and charred broccoli. Sat on the deck and the view was to die for. Reasonably priced, too.
Excellent staff. Really friendly and helpful. Small but not expensive menu, but something for everyone. Small drinks menu, but seems to celebrate local producers.
