The Bose headphones are so damn good. I use for gaming, listening to music and on my morning walk. What’s better is the ear pads are replaceable and pb stocks them so they are like new again. 10/10 best buy last 5 years
These guys are awesome! It’s really hard to find anywhere that has lower prices than PB Tech they will usually be the cheapest stockist when searching on PriceSpy. The store is very well staffed and they all have good product knowledge to steer you in the right direction. Price and customer service are often mutually exclusive, but not with PB Tech. Good sized store. The parking is very awful. Not enough parking at all. There is also a bureaucracy when it comes to payment. When i got one of the products at the checkout, it wasn’t packaged up properly, so I asked if it is new. The lady told me to go the sales team to ask and didn’t resolve my issue on the spot. Their price in general are good and that is the only reason i went to buy from them. Also, when i tried to buy apple air tags from the app for Click&Collect and it was marked as not available until 9th Jan. However, when I got to the store, they were in stock
Purchased 3 monitors for my simulator. One of the monitors was broken on unboxing. From my perspective it looked really bad and even tho I wasn’t at fault it could have been implied that I was. They could have very easily denied any wrong doing, but they fully replaced the monitor no questions asked. Top marks for customer service and will continue to shop here.
Few years ago went with a mate to buy an ssd then got stopped by security guard to check bag did not get stopped when with parent, the person is either age discrimination or think we’ve poor. Today went to buy a relative cheap phone just for general use, gets kind of bad customer service “you can buy 100 phones and won’t get discount”. I just need a simple ‘no’ not a whole bunch of sentences like saying your poor.
Very disappointing after sales service experience at the Penrose store today. Bought Oppo ear buds for our son a few weeks ago and they are faulty. Returned them to the store today. We were told we would have to wait up to 2 weeks for them to be assessed by the Oppo distributor/repair centre. We asked for a replacement pair or a refund. Our request was declined. PB Tech don't seem to want to take responsibility for faulty products that they sell. Frankly, if the ear buds are repaired, we don't want them back as the PB Tech staff member used them in his ears to test them. I note that we weren't the only frustrated customers at the returns counter. We witnessed two customers with the same frustrations. PB Tech need to sort out their after sales care. No Empathy and no duty of care to their customers.
7 checkouts yet every time I come here Ive gotta stand in queue for 10-20 minutes. Today there was a line of customers and no-one serving them
First time coming in to grab a USB-C to USB-C charging cable but everything seems to be everywhere, it took awhile to find the one I was looking for. You'd think it'll be hanging with the other similar charging cables but I digress. Tend to have long waiting cues - it was quite busy however there were only one checkout operator behind the counter serving one customer at a time. Service was okay, but I won't be coming back here.
Went there to claim a warranty of my refurbished laptop. The front desk guys was giving a bad attitude towards me. I forgot to carry my original invoice and he said he can not find my invoice based on the info i gave. I told the invoice was found by the PB tech in NewMarket where i went before coming to penrose. He still said he can not find it. When i asked him to call the Newmarket branch and get it, surprisingly he found my invoice. After another round of rude discussion, finally gave a replacement laptop.
What MADE this shopping experience was the absolutely stellar customer service. We had an individual named Matthew who was very competent, and knowledgeable. He was very patient with answering all our questions, made recommendations without being too pushy which alot of sales people do and is very off putting and he was very down to earth and easy to talk to. Thank you Matthew at PB Tech Penrose for being knowledgeable in electronics and making this an enjoyable experience for our family.
