Great prices and a huge range of stock when you want something specific. Quinton from click and collect went above and beyond to help me, staying on past his finish time to sort our my order. I really appreciate him doing that.
This is a review of PB Tech Web sales, not this specific branch.nnI bought an item that measured 17 x 9 x 1 cm 153 cu cm. The manufacturer had packed it in a box 21 x 11 x 2 cm 462 cu cm. PB Tech sent it to me in a box 26 x 21 x 16 cm 8736 cu cm. So roughly 20 times the volume of the item in it’s original packaging. Wasteful packaging?nWell you could argue that amount of packaging was needed to protect this fragile item. Except that the item in question is a phone case that is claimed to provide “Military Grade Drop Protection”. So yes, unnecessary packaging.
First, I got the warranty here and then exchanged the item. But because of my silliness, I got the wrong one, so I had to exchange it again, and then again…. It was quite troublesome for the staff, but they were not impatient at all and did their best to assist me. I truly appreciate their kindness and patience
Yesterday, the lovely Jack from the service department upstairs was extremely kind to a non-tech 70 year old who knows almost nothing about machinery in general. He fixed my corroded connection with a smile and gave me faith that young people these days are fantastic.
Had a great experience at PB Tech thanks to Kim Hunter. He was super helpful, knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy. Really impressed with the level of customer service – cheers, Kim!
