I recently bought a monitor from PB Tech Tauranga, and it started having issues as soon as I plugged it in after getting it home on Friday. When I returned it the following Monday, I expected a quick replacement for a faulty product. Instead, they refused to replace it and said they had to send it away for warranty, causing unnecessary delays.nnI’m disappointed with the lack of customer service and unwillingness to offer a simple exchange for a defective product that was only a few days old. This experience was frustrating, and I would think twice before purchasing from them again.
This shop is heaven for serious tech enthusiasts. They carry a lot of products from a lot of brands, even those not as well known. Their stock room is probably bigger than the whole storefront itself! With all the products it's easy to get overwhelmed, but the staff are always ready to lend a hand and answer any questions you may have to lead you to the right product. I bought a set of keycaps and chose click and collect as they didn't have it in stock at the store. The quoted time to pickup was about a week, but it was actually much less and was ready in 3 days.
tried to return an unsatisfactory product, was told it was not possible due to not being defective. inadequate performance should be good enough reason. shows you how much they value customer satisfaction
