The store offers a wide range of gadgets and everything related to technology. I was looking for a keyboard, and it was great that they had some keyboards on display so I could actually try some. Some of the items were cheaper than in other stores.nnThe staff was friendly, professional, and attentive. They created a great and comfortable environment.nnThe store is quite big, and everything was well-organized. There is a small parking spot in front of the store.
Visited PB Tech Petone recently and couldn’t be happier with the service!nThe store carries a wide and diverse selection of tech products, giving me lots of options to explore.nRyan was especially outstanding He was incredibly helpful, patient, and genuinely enthusiastic, guiding me through my questions and helping me solve several problems I came in with. It made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.nGreat atmosphere, excellent product range, and top-notch service.nI highly recommend this store to anyone looking for tech gear!
I had a great experience at PB Tech Petone. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful in answering all my questions. I shopped at PB Tech Petone yesterday and had the most wonderful service from Kadin. He really knew his stuff and gave me patient, honest and unbiased information about the products that would be best for my requirements. I have shopped many times at PB Tech and the staff have always been very well informed and helpful. Kadin was a standout though. His knowledge was seemingly boundless I was looking at. He has the pricing and options, as well as the special at his fingertips and was very interested in what I was trying to sort out tech wise. I bought a power bank after he explained the options, their capacity etc., and I am going back for a inkjet photocopier and a tablet after looking at the options with Kadin. Well done PB Tech for having such good staff on the floor and for having a store in Petone that I can walk to. Great location on the Petone waterfront and great parking if you have to drive there.nnA very grateful older customer./
