Well done PB tech staff. I have visited a few times and asked advice on purchases. The team are lovely and knowledgeable. Bought a monitor back with a fault and they replaced it with a new one. Ordered a META Quest 3 at the last moment for the big 18 birthday present. Was anxious it wouldn’t arrive in time. Super fast delivery.
I had a great experience at PB Tech today while shopping for electronic supplies. The staff were quick, honest, and very approachable, even with my foreign Asian accent—they made me feel welcome. One of the team members kindly helped me when I almost used the wrong exit door, thinking it was the entrance. They also provided me with helpful information about upcoming sales like Boxing Day, Labor Day, and other special promotions. Excellent service, and I highly recommend them for their friendly and professional approach!
Had a product break down after 14 days. I was dreading the down time.nnThe team made it so quick to get replaced swap out, they went over and beyond what I was expecting !
