Really amazing friendly service. Can't fault how helpful the people I spoke to were. Which is great, because the store layout can be a little difficult to navigate so you often need the help.

This one my favorite shops has all the high tech goodies...I come here offen when I need soft wear or cables etc The PB tech app is very helpful to.

They were busy for a while, but when free their service was fantastic. They have a wide range of products in the industry to choose from and helpful technical advice.

Excellent customer services and Large store with lots of variety of electronic stuff

Takes far too long. Long wait to get seen. Mauve lines at counter with only one person on. Everything locked up so can't serve yourself. Would be a one star bit do have good products at fair price.

PB Tech gives much cheaper and faster repairs for devices than any other store out there and is definitely one to keep written down if your or someone else's device has an issue.

Came in expecting to have to ship a laptop off to get fixed, they diagnosed there and then for free and told me to buy a new charger, worked a charm.
