Amazing vet, I had to put my sweet girl Poppy down 2 weeks ago suddenly and they were very accommodating and told me to bring her straight in, they were extremely comforting and kind and walked me through the process and were just absolutely amazing. They also sent me a condolences card signed by everyone at the vet. They're also extremely affordable. Enjoy your cake and flowers I dropped in today to say thank you
The care and kindness from Palina, Nick and all the Vet Nurses has been above and beyond over the past week. They have worked tirelessly to ensure my dog received a high quality of care, liaising with specialists when required and explaining everything in detail. They have showed great empathy and helped me to navigate through a stressful time. I appreciate everything the team here has done.
Our vet at Paws, Palina, has always been super attentive and kind with our pup. When we've had sudden things pop up we wanted checked out, they've also worked to fit us in and reassure us. I know going to the vets can be a stressful experience for a lot of animals, but Palina has always made our dog excited and happy to come in for a visit which I think speaks to how kind and gentle she is with her patients. Really appreciate the service we get from the whole PAWS team as well :
Nick is an amazing and honest vet who knows his stuff. He is patient, caring and empathetic and explains everything in plain language. I never feel like the appointment is rushed. I wouldn't go anywhere else now. Love the new facilities too.
