Top Pawfection have been so lovely to both of our pups and their clip leaves them looking beautiful! We’re really happy and the kindness our dogs have been shown they’re very nervous has been a huge relief compared to experiences elsewhere. We wouldn’t go anywhere else now!
Having read a previous review about large dog discrimination should have read shop sign... "all breeds catered for"..., I really don't know what the reviewer is on about...my dog is a large Golden Retriever and we have had nothing but the best service from the Top Pawfection team, he has the full treatment and has never complained...we certainly would not go anywhere else!
so we had an appointment booked for 15.45 today for our blind beagle to have her nails trimmed. Due to traffic we were TWO MINUTES late and were told we had to rebook. What excellent customer service, we will find somewhere else!

They keep our miniature poodle in great shape. He is returned in good condition each time he goes.
I have not been able to get through the door I am afraid despite having called in December and now April. Weirdly, I am told there is no capacity only after asked about the dog breed. Why ask for the breed if there is no place? Does that not apply to every dog breed? The pictures only show small dogs so I am now wondering if the business is discriminating against bigger dogs. Can a businesses do that? And all I was asking for was nail clipping, not even the full works!
Always give my dog a lovely cut and they are so polite and friendly. Tried a few groomers over the years and finally found the best! My dog is nervous attending due to bad experiences but they always take good care of him and dont put him in a cage which he hates. I feel really comfortable leaving my dog with them.
Our Yorkshire terror needed a lovely professional grooming, which he got today & is much happier & cooler would recommend to anyone, thank you so much your a brilliant team
