Did a super last minute booking at Paw Palace. Process was easy! I could upload all my doggies info into the signup form and process payment for her in easy steps. And they could take her which was awesome especially for the school holidays! Hope she has a blast.
Our puppy has the best time ever at Paw Palaces' daycare - he practically leaps out of the car to get inside. The staff are always super friendly and accomodating. We've already noticed our pup has better social skills after his time at Paw Palace. Thank you!
We've had our cavoodle Sunny groomed by Nick at Paw Palace twice now. Marie thinks that Nick is the dog groomer extraordinaire!! After both grooms Sunny has looked amazing and Marie believes that Sunny in his little doggy heart, that he feels proud to be seen out and about with his new "do". They are like human beings after all.
I am so incredibly grateful to the wonderful team at Paw Palace. I have two rescues, 1 who was social before lockdown and 1 who was pretty neglected before we had her. The team has been really upfront, honest, understanding, kind, welcoming and accommodating when it has come to introducing the dogs to daycare and kennels. They took it slow and at our dogs' pace and have been amazing. My anxious 4 year old can't wait to go, whereas at previous daycares he would shake. He's been there 3 weeks and I already recognise a difference on our walks when faced with other dogs. My 1 year old who didn't have the best start to life, also can't wait to go and they know her personality and qualms, and work with her and within her limits. The team there partner dogs up based on temperament and not just size, so they are in their comfort zone and having a good experience. The dogs are given down time in the kennels, which means they are familiar with the kennels when it comes to boarding them. I'm incredibly grateful to them and can't speak highly enough of them.
Dudley our Labradoodle had his first ever groom with Nick today. Mum was more nervous than Dudley but Nick did a great job with listening to what I wanted and executed Dudley’s cut perfectly!! So happy with how Dudley’s groom turned out and will be coming back to Nick again! Dudley went in very shaggy and came out looking like a brand new puppy! Thanks so much Nick!!
My 2 year old Border Collie Koda had his first groom with Chelsea at Paw Palace Grooming today and he looks and smells amazing! For a dog that doesn't like getting his back end groomed they did an incredible job. Will definitely be booking again in the future. Thank you Chelsea! Koda also really looks forward to his days at the doggy daycare and can't wait to get in the gate when we arrive. When I come to pick him up at the end of the day he is so exhausted he sleeps for the rest of the evening. Thank you Paw Palace.
Nick did a fantastic job of grooming our nervous poodle puppy. Very empathetic and understanding of her. She looks beautiful.
Our Archie boy has been going to doggy daycare at Paw Palace weekly since March 2021 and he absolutely loves it! It's really the only time he'll happily ditch me. The staff are so lovely and I can tell that they are great with the dogs by the way Archie interacts with them. The owners and staff have gone out of their way for us on more than one occasion which we are really grateful for. They have recently opened a grooming service and we were lucky to get in just before they opened which I was so grateful for as our Archie desperately needed a groom. We were really happy with the outcome. Cant recommend this place enough! Your doggo will love it!
We weren’t very happy with the fact that we couldn’t actually have a look at what’s behind the fences, very little that you can see through the cameras in the office obviously, what’s there to hide? We still left our dog for a few days and now a bit disappointed that when we got our dog back not only was it dirtier than it’s ever been and behaving strangely, it also had layers of poo stuck to its behind, difficult to clean and concerning - looks like it had a few days’ issues with bowel movements- never had such issues before, and we expected just a wee bit more care… Not sure we’ll come back again…
