Myself and my partner took our miniature schnauzer x miniature pinscher for his first hair cut yesterday. He hates water and having his nails clipped. The staff at paw hub were AMAZING and took extra time with him to make sure he was comfortable and looked after. When we picked him up he was super happy and looked incredible. We will definitely be bringing Zuko back and making paw hub his regular groomers.
The first three times my dog had a haircut here. It was absolutely fantastic and was exactly what I asked for! The following three times he came back with a different hair cut every time!! I made sure dropped off my dog I would ask them if the same person who cut his hair last time is going to be cutting his hair today, and they lied and said yes, when in fact it was someone else, to which my dog had a completely different cut done. They still made me pay full price. Each time I came in the last few times I described exactly what I wanted and asked if they could do the same haircut they usually did and they said yes but it was different every time. Whoever used to run Paw Hub years ago were GREAT. Five star. Lovely customer service and these days it’s not. Not happy anymore. Whoever is running the place now will not give you honesty and not listen to what you want. I have read the recent reviews here and many others are saying the same thing. This place isn’t what it used to be. * You said an unrealistic hair cut for a dog that has had this haircut for 4 years consistently when I lived in Wellington. Okay. And last time I picked my dog up I was early and an Asian lady was grooming my dog, not the other lady who groomed him the last three times. Do not promise your customers the same cut when you do something different each time. There is no consistency in your work. And yes you rudely said don’t come back here after I noticed you shaved off a part of my dogs fur I clearly asked not to cut, to which you then denied doing. ‍
Could not recommend this place enough. My dog has severe behavioural issues when it comes to grooming yet the groomers did a fantastic job with him. Very patient and accommodating and my long haired border collie is now completely matte free!
I have been visiting Paw Hub since our Spoodle puppy Roxy was 4 months old. She is now 2 years old and we visit Paw Hub on a regular and frequent basis. I could not be happier with the job they do. She walks in looking like a shaggy ball of fluff and emerges looking like a rock star. In my eyes at least. These guys are seriously talented. Thanks
Absolutely fantastic groomers! My dogs have never looked this good. The staff was so nice, they are great with people and with the animals. Great prices too. I highly recommend these guys.
My puppy Maggie went in for her first grooming experience today, and I could not be more pleased. It’s quite stressful leaving a four month pup behind not knowing how she would go. I could tell that Yana was kind and patient with her and Maggie was relaxed and happy when I picked her up .. didn’t really seem like she wanted to leave!! Highly recommend and I look forward to the next visit. Thank you so much for your care.
I highly recomend these guys! Very professional, caring, and reasonably priced. Our dogs are groomed in a very gentle and caring manner with great attention to detail. Very happy with the service at Paw Hub Pet Grooming. Will recomend to all my friends!
Excellent Service & Awesome Job!! Highly recommend their pet grooming services. My little girl had matte/knots on her belly, legs and armpits which made her noticeably uncomfortable. The folks at Paw Hub made my scaredy cat feel calm and gave her belly a good shave see pics, comb through and nail cut. All her matte/knots are gone and she looks comfortable! Paw Hub provided honest consultation about their services and didn't upsell, definitely good value for money! Thanks Guys :
Just moved to Auckland with our doggo Rusty and used Paw Hub for his groom. Came back looking very cute with a great groom and cute scarf accessory. Rusty was not stressed or anxious afterwards which is always a plus. Have booked him in again and will continue to use on a regular basis.
Lovely business with consistent service. My anxious dog does well there. Very easy communication with text notification for pick-up, booking system etc.
