Your bus has been parking every morning at the bus stop located at the intersection of Remuera Road and Broadway in Auckland, occupying a bus lane for an extended period. This behavior is severely disrupting traffic flow, obstructing other vehicles from making left and right turns, and causing significant traffic congestion. We request that you immediately instruct your driver to cease occupying this lane and find an alternative parking location.
Used for a work do, they phoned when they were going to be 15 minutes late which was greatly appreciated. A lot of other companies wouldn’t do that so the communication went a long way. Safe and friendly driver as well. Would use again.
Drivers are risky. Too fast and taking over traffic in a bullying manner. Lady driver was impolite.
School bus driver told me I had to wait at a Bus Stop even though the school bought the busses so that students could be picked up, I’m not waking up early as hell only to start walking even further getting more and more tired. She was also constantly yelling at the people on the bus, I think you should revoke this bus driver’s job or at least make her work with public busses, not school ones. Extra information, school is Rutherford College, I will try to provide a name but please check all your cameras for the Rutherford College busses.
Today i travelled taking Rail Bus Western express 4:12pm. I was delighted it was right on time & we were like 10-15 minutes early at New Lynn.Driver was courteous & friendly to passengers.Music was great & aircondtioning was fine.The day before we were 30 mins late when we reach Henderson & we were all hot & sweaty.Today 28 Jan was a very welcome respite
