Brett Pavey

Brett shifted to Northland fourteen years ago, leaving behind the hustle and bustle of Auckland and a very successful bobcat and drain laying business, for the peace and tranquility of his own piece of paradise in Broadwood.
Not quite ready to trade in the excavators for the farm life completely, Brett purchased a 3 and 12 tonne digger and started working casually in the earthmoving, drainlaying industry again.
In 2007 Brett met his wife Sue, and in 2011 their son Max was born, bringing their combined children to a grand total of 6! And now a grandson to the clan as well!
Adding to Pavey Contracting, next came the 6 wheeler truck and transporter and Brett was back into contracting full time!
They sold up in Broadwood and shifted to their 5 acres in Okaihau (getting to keep a few cows!) Brett has since added more machinery (bobcat, 8 tonne digger, log skidder) and accessories (mulcher, root rake, drill gear to name a few!)
