Paulane is an innovative marketer who has previously advertised on the back of a bus, in the movie theater, on takeaway coffee cups and many more!

Paulane has been a top agent within other Real Estate companies for many years. Having started out in Real Estate in 1991, she has sold millions of dollars worth of property, and should be at the top of your list for selling your property. As a Real Estate Trainer she understands the psychology of the selling and buying process and as an Agent she also understands the potential stress of the process for you, which she works to minimise as much as humanly possible.

To Paulane, it’s not just about getting a “sold sign” on your property. Instead, she is more concerned with the entire experience, from the first meeting, to the marketing, right through to the negotiation of offers, and ending with a result where all parties are satisfied. As well as the team at Bayleys Turangi, Paulane has her own team working 24/7 for you.

Paulane believes very much in giving back to the community and being involved with various organisations including sponsoring croquet, The SPCA, The Coast Guard, Ronald McDonald House and the forth coming ‘Summer Arts Tour”. She also mixes business with pleasure as an Auctioneer to offer her services for free at charity auctions.

There is a life outside of Real Estate – Paulane enjoys spending time with her partner David, and their grandsons Zak, Nikko and granddaughters Riely and Indiana. On a daily basis she shares time with her two cats, 6 year old Siamese Chi. Paulane is also a keen gardener and a Reiki Master who works in crystal healing.
