Kia ora! Paul was the seller's agent for a property we were looking at in Whangarei. As it was our first time buying a property up north, Paul gave us lots of information about the section, the S&P process and he never failed to reply to any email or phone query in a fast and polite manner, no matter how common or repetitive the question was or how uninformed the asker might be.
