I'm not one to usually write reviews but the service my friend and I received here by the lady with the short bob I think her bar staff were calling her sammy or sandy was absolutely appalling. We ended up walking out after being unfairly treated and judged by this woman. I have heard this is a common occurrence with her from others and it's not professional at all. I was standing next to my friend and I was gobsmacked at how rude she was, rolling her eyes at her bar staff when she was serving us and giving us the biggest attitude ever. Not sure what we've ever done to her but looking down on your customers paying to keep your place running isn't the best look. Do not recommend.
What a fantastic find. We were looking for somewhere to stay overnight, that wasn't a campsite. We'll we weren't disappointed. It had power water laundry and a toilet wonderfully kept grass area. Use of facilities when it is open, and discount if you order a meal etc. Will definitely stay again, as we got to see the airstrip for locals and their small plane and copters. Very entertaining.
Nice Friendly n Helpful Staff ,Clean Showers n Toilets ,, Great Place to Stay For Campervans ,Caravan.
Wonderful place. Plug in, water, toilet, even a dump station. Just like a campsite but like being in a field. Bloody marvellous. Found by accident, but will definitely stay again.
The roast dinner we had here last night was amazing, always a good time to be had at the pauanui club with loads of great locals.nnJames Ashwin
