Visited Pathlab Bayfair this afternoon, 3rd time in the past couple of months and I would like to say how RUDE the blonde lady at reception is! I can’t understand why she is in a frontline position….. Janice or Janine sorry not sure of her name, she takes blood samples. Well she is amazing, thus afternoon she stepped in and helped me out no questions asked and this should of been the receptionist job. Why is that receptionist still there?
I went in for a blood test today. The lady at reception just had this amazingly bubbly personality and the lady who took my test I think her name was Georgia was just so lovely and I didn’t feel a thing. Such a nice experience here today
Sad that you guys are closed was so easy walking to your pathlab to get blood test done before work or after work.
I have had a few good experiences here but unfortunately the last one upset me enough that I felt compelled to write a review. The person who took my blood was both rude and unprofessional. Instead of being kind and compassionate as they usually are I was snapped at from the moment I walked into the consulting room, and I have to mention that you don't want a phlebotomist in a bad mood sticking a needle in your arm as they don't do a very good job.
Bad experience here a few months ago, just as bad as the experience at Pathlab in Papamoa today. Avoid both at all costs. Lady with blonde hair taking my blood was rude, unfriendly, makes you feel stupid for asking a question. I explained my anxiety and phobia of needles Usually they will be gentle and take it slowly with you. . This was one of the most painful, uncomfortable blood tests I have had. Avoid.
The old lady there was rude as and looked like she didn't want to be there. Gave us a snarky face and rolled her eyes when I asked some questions. Bit uncomfortable when they're sticking a needle in your arm. Bad experience
Minimum waiting time and friendly staff
Not open on Saturday of Waitangi weekend, this was not updated to the Google open hours. However I was given efficient and friendly service when I did make it in.
Staff were friendly and efficient
One of the attendants was super RUDE and the service is not efficient.
