Awesome little golf course greens are great fairways are mowen by sheep so don't expect manicured fairways but for $10 bucks thats ok there's spectacular views of the ocean and Mt Egmont if u just want to have a good little fun round of golf that does test you this is the course
Always a good day at Roger Rei tournament, always know sweetbreads are on the menu. It helps sooth a bad round of golf.

Patea, like most things NZ, is world class for nurturing US Open Champions. Michael Campbell was such an Ambassador for NZ and golf. Think of him as you play here. He was so gracious to me at Thousand Oaks CA Tiger Woods Pro Am asking me to join him inside the ropes for the back 9. Me, a nobody, walking with the top player in the world!
