Awesome depiction of Maori Art & Culture. Very rich & enlightening. A must visit.
I love this place. Every time I go, I'm amazed. Informed, entertained, inspired, and glad have such a place on my doorstep. And the cafe is a living treasure.
Amazing place to visit! Love the vibe and the gallery set up. Nice big library and great it has a cafe onsite, which was very busy. A good sign of great kai. Great display of Ngatitoa history on at the moment! Definitely recommend to check it out.
My favourite museum. Fantastic and varied exhibitions with soul. A good place to buy gifts for the art lovers in your life with prints, originals, books, jewellery including taonga pounamu, ceramics and art glass. It also has a lovely childrens' space for play.
Pataka has some really interesting exhibitions and is a must-visit when visiting Wellington if visual arts are your thing. Good cafe and restful places to sit along with very tempting shopping. Very welcoming staff
