I went to their store this morning. I was greeted by not one but two smiling happy ladies who were more than happy to assist me with what I asked help for. Not once did either of them get annoyed and they could have just said no but they didn’t so thank you ladies I’ll definitely be back to your shop

I called in on Friday to get a balloon for my husband's 90 birthday. There was a good selection from which to choose. I was surprised at the cost of a helium filled balloon. The service was very good.

Needs an update or waiting for more stock to arrive. After all party world is basically in Sumner supplying the supposedly elite area. Shop was a bit drab and needs a spruce up. But still worth checking out for supplies

Came here to plan my daughters 21st. Was ladybug themed. Had a nice selection of decorations although you do pay a pretty penny for the price. Would buy again
