Absolutely hopeless. Can never get an appointment. No pre-booking. For on day bookings they tell you they've gone all with in the first minute of being open. What's the point of having a Dr if they won't see patients who are sick? Always have to go to the emergency Dr instead. Would give 0 stars if possible.
Staff are lovely and supportive. Booking appointments process is disgusting! You can't pre book appointments, it's first in first served same day appointments only. If you are unable to get a same day appointment you have to try the next day in the hopes you get in.
Friendly service. The two lady doctors I’ve seen there are amazing and highly recommend to all. So helpful and thorough. Very reasonably priced as well.
Useless! Tried to call yesterday and they only do same day appointments, so get told to ring today and today they have no doctor!
