A wide and varied fitness programme with new challenges each week. You work at your own pace and each session is run by a qualified professional. We have a supportive, relaxed and fun environment.
The ParkFit model encapsulates all areas of exercise - strength, power, endurance, aerobic fitness, flexibility, core strength, balance, coordination and agility.
We train on Monday and Thursday nights between 7 - 8pm at Te Atiawa Park, Paraparaumu.
First session is free then $10 casual or $80 for a 10 trip ticket.
