My boy is a regular here three days a week and he starts to get excited once he sees his lead go into my bag with his bag of snacks! The staff are always friendly and welcoming, while my lad crashes soon after we get home at the end of the day! I’m always comfortable leaving him knowing he’ll be well looked after. Thoroughly recommend
Freja loves her time at Parkavon kennels, both at daycare and boarding. The staff are absolutely beautiful and make such an effort for every dog who enters their doors. When we drop Freja off we know she is in the best hands and we never have to worry. The owner Kerry has such a great love for dogs and has their very best interests at heart - he gives only the best for dogs in his care! We have been doing one on one training with Kerry which has been extremely beneficial for us and we are so grateful to have such amazing help. We are so lucky to be part of such a friendly, knowledgeable, welcoming, tight knit and caring community
Our dogs have been regulars at Parkavon for over 2 years now and they are honestly the best. They make sure that the dogs have enough stimulation during the day without just allowing them to bark incessantly and stress themselves out - they have structured play time and work with their training as well, then have regular rest times so that they aren't overwhelmed, which is so important and I know not all the other daycares in town work this way we've been elsewhere and moved for this reason. The staff know them all by name and treat them as their own - they go above and beyond. We get photos of their days, and at Halloween and Christmas they do photo shoots and we even did secret Santa this year - it's so much more than just leaving your dog at the kennel for the day. It's no surprise they are so popular since the dogs they look after are just so happy and well cared for, and for the most reasonable prices as well. Thanks so much, team! Don't know what we'd do without you.
Wonderful staff, just love the dogs, highly recommend. Our Miley girl love doggie day care and has had many overnight stays. We have never had any issues she is always happy when picked up.
Loved our experience Puppy training with Kerry! He made it so fun we were quite sad for it to end. My puppy is loving the daycare a couple times a week and cannot wait to get into some more training in the future.
We can not thank the team at Parkavon enough. Highly recommended, from day one we have felt like regulars with the friendly staff and pleasant environment.They always go out of their way to make sure our Ziggy is sorted. He loves it there and so do we. Thanks Parkavon A++
My daughter's Golden Retriever goes there and is so excited to get in the door. My daughter was away so he spent a weekend there and was really tried when we picked him up three days later so much play, so was really quite for a couple of days for his Nana, and then back into it, so I would recommend to everyone the team that work there are great
The dogs do not stop barking at this place. It is awful to hear! My dog came home with canine cough, bacterial yeast infections in his paws and ears and an upset tummy with sloppy poos after staying 7 nights. The follow on for me was vet bills, the extra job of washing paws and ears for 3 weeks, purchasing special shampoo to kill the bacteria and after a month his tummy is still not right. He also started drooling, something he's never done before. They refused to let me see his daily health check. I am still trying to find out what he was fed as it clearly wasn't what was discussed. Feeling super disappointed in this experience as this place was recommended to me and generally has a good name. After a brief conversation with the kennel, I was told he could have brought kennel cough with him and that my breed of dog was prone to paw infections! Not true. He hadn't been with other dogs the week before he came as I had the flu so walked him away from others. The real silver lining to this story is I have now found an amazing lady who can look after my dog in her home! Yay! No more kennels!! If considering this kennel for your dog, please check it out first.
Bella & Archer love Parkavon, the photo updates from the team on FB are great we can tell they are having the best sleepover’s with their new friends. Kerry and the team are super responsive with emails, it makes going away without the kids a breeze... I just hope they want to come home
It's a very busy kennel . Our dog is always excited to go in there so one can only assume he likes it there. It would be great to have some feedback and photos of our dog during his regular stay. There is a great pet supply shop on site. It's hit and miss as to getting friendly staff attend. Parking is great .
