Very impressed: Easy access from the motorway, hardly any wait for the shuttle both ways, inexpensive. Both thumbs up!
It was our first time doing a park and ride. Nice not having to worry, from the very beginning of a trip.A bit of a wait on pick up, 45 mins but friendly, happy driver and car well looked after. Will use again.
Reception staff after hours could be way nicer when we have them on the phone and we don't understand... I believe we pay for a service. Giving instructions in a nice way, being polite etc should be important! A bit disappointed.
Great place to park when flying out of Auckland. Great service, good daily rates, secure.
Heaps of space to park. Excellent service despite the COVID restrictions. Under pressure to get to them on time due to Auckland traffic I still felt looked after and not rushed by the driver when I got there. Easy to book in and check out.
