I was hesitant for booking with Park n Fly because of the mixed reviews and I should have listened to them because the experience was such a mixed bag. They have no problem getting you in, parking and taking your money + keys but once you return back to the airport and need collection, they fail. Called when we arrived at the International terminal and was told someone will be there in 10-15 minutes, 50 minutes later someone arrives. Theres a big difference between those times! Would be more convenient to pay for airport parking. The company has a great model but are failing were they should be succeeding.
Booked into this place recently and pre-paid, then decided after reading reviews that I would be wiser to find somewhere more reliable which I did. I attempted to cancel my parking at Park N Fly, the person on the phone cancelled it then promptly hung up on me. I rang back to query how I would get a refund, a different person stated it would go back on my credit card. Still waiting... I suggest looking at other parking options before using this place.
Really disappointing. Won’t be using this company any time in the future. Check in was fine. Shuttle to domestic terminal fine. I was a bit stumped that they needed my keys when I was just away for the day but hey, no worries. Got back late that night. Tired from a long day. No shuttle to pick up?, tried calling but no luck. After 30 mins of waiting at the pick up spot and failed calls I ended up catching a taxi $27.50 later I arrived to be told my car had been moved to a further away row. I got to that row, no sign of my car?!? Turns out they never moved it….I was incredibly tired and it was raining so not the best experience. After all the reports of theft from the staff I definitely won’t be using this service again.
I recently parked my car at park n fly for approx 2 weeks. I had arrived in NZ around 7 PM after a long and tiring travel arrangement, only to find out that the battery on my vehicle was flat, all they did was leave a note with my keys. There was no preparation for my arrival, they knew the times and had no one on site to assist me. I had to wait for almost an hour for someone to assist me. When I asked for more information around what happened, the staff had a pretty blasé attitude towards the situation and just shrugged it off as it "happens all the time". You should be questioning why this happens all the time and why your staff lack the organization and care required to handle these situations. No incident report was recorded and I had to fill one out myself. No one got back to me so I had to email to follow up on this. A few days later I receive a reply with no apology, no explanation as to what happened except for a simple explanation blaming me, as I had allegedly left something on and the battery drained in the valet parking. Yet I was advised the vehicle had to be jump started multiple times? The 'story' they told me was a poor written piece of fiction that made no sense. I have never had battery issues before then and have had none since then either. I was never notified of this nor was my consent requested for jumpstarting my vehicle. No incident report was recorded even though that is supposed to be their procedure and they did not provide me with any additional information on the matter. I asked them to take ownership of this and I have not heard back since. I had filed a formal complaint and this was not taken seriously, nor did they have any complain resolution protocol in place. No timeframes were provided for contact, no apology and the information I requested was not provided. I strongly recommend you train your "senior customer service lead" more appropriately as they clearly do not have the tools, skill or experience needed to be handling complaints. Additionally, my partner and I were shocked that your shuttle driver allowed a MINOR AND A TODDLER one standing and one on someones lap with no seatbelt to ride in the shuttle without a seat or seatbelt. This is a company that has no concern for safety protocols or any protocols for that matter, no conflict resolution initiatives, abysmal customer service representation and they do not know how to follow simple procedures. If this is how they handle minor issues and complaints, I can't even begin to imagine how catastrophic it would be to have to deal with these people when major issues occur. This company does not possess the service, ability or decorum for me to be able to recommend them to anyone.
Such a pain! We accidentally got taken to parkfly another company at 1030pm and called the guy from park n fly. He said yup ok see you see soon. I said I don't have my phone as it's now on 1% 45 mins later he still wasn't here! So we had to find power for my phone and pay for an uber there. No sorry, no nothing and then they couldn't find my car. never again
I would rate this as a zero if l could. Booked my car in they had moved my car x2 times over the duration of 4 days. They had stolen my pandora charm on my key ring, never got back to me as to the outcome. Filled in the paper work as missing/stolen etc no one ever got back to me, manager was never there when l called. Put on hold for 6minutes only to be told the manager would be back in 5 min no actually 20 mins. Going round and around in circles. I will never be booking my car there ever again. The service was bad, customer service needs to improve, management need to step up or step out. Why they needed to move my car x2 never made sense. The worst experience ever. Had a family member park there for 10 days she got back to her car only to find out her clock wasn’t the correct time so they must have either disconnected her battery or touch something they shouldn’t have. Worst company ever …..
Parknfly facilities and shuttles are very impressive and they got wonderful staffs. Their receptionists are accomodating and the drivers are courteous and friendly. Their compound is fully fenced, well-lit at night and well maintained. It feels safe to leave your car and to travel alone. I will defintely use their service again and I will recommend it to my friends.
Very bad. Upon pick up they said they couldn’t find my car key then made me wait 45 minutes whilst lying to me and saying that the guy in the car park had it and was on break. Turns out they were incompetent and not looking in the correct drawer. Do not recommend this place
Friendly stuff but terrible management. DON"T USE THE PARKING I arrived one week before the date I was suppose to pick the car up. I let them know via email and I've got the confirmation that it is okay, the car is waiting for me. They spent 3 HOURS looking for my key from midnight to 3am. They were actively talking to their management. I ask them to let me talk to the management because I wanted either different car or hotel. They refused to give me their phone number or let me talk to management and mentioned they will be fired for letting me talk to the management. NO CAR NO HOTTEL. I ask them to let me look through keys because I can recognize my key, they refused to let me do it in the end they were showing me each and every key one by one, it helped to solve the issue. My car was driving approximately 10km over the parking time There are couple of new scratches on a car Overall, they don't check the identity of the person. Just come to their office and tell the number of the car that is parked on their yard. The car is yours now.
Used them for a few days. Upon arriving to pickup my car, found damage to the exterior which I asked about but all I got was manager is away. Photos taken and emailed in but no response. Absolutely poor service and they don’t look after your stuff. They haven’t even taken the step to get in contact with me. Also your stuff goes missing as I had other friends have issues aswell. Would not use again by all means.
