Amazing service, kept in contact through the whole process. Was super easy and understanding when came to communication. Our two Spoodles, Daisy & Stanley, went to Ria for the first time last Thursday. I always ask for them to not be cut too short, and I am always disappointed when picking them up as they usually look skinny and a bit untidy. Ria gave them a haircut that didn't actually look like a haircut. They still looked like fluffy Spoodles, just smarter, tidier and well groomed. It is without doubt the best cut since we've been in the Wairarapa, which is almost four years. The space where she does the cutting is clean, bright, and welcoming. I can't recommend Ria highly enough. She listens and does what is asked.
An experienced well trained and kind Groomer. Lovely premises, no crates. Waiting area is free range for our fur babies.
Highly recommended, a lot of patience with my dog, even gave me a scarf and a lovely ribbon for my dog's birthday! and took a lovely photo!
