AMAZING BAKERY! The BEST pies in Auckland. Everything here is homemade and absolutely delicious. I got to try a "potato top" pie for the first time and just.. yes. Absolutely yes. I will miss this place so much. I wish I got to spend more time in Auckland but I only had one day and I am so happy I got to eat here before I left. 10/10!!!!
Not sure why there is so much complaint about the service. The staff I dealt with were lovely. Perhaps they have taken on the feedback and made the change. My reason for 3 stars is because the name gives the perception that this is a French Bakery. It’s not. Don’t be fooled by the name. It’s just a normal run of the mill, kiwi bakery. With food that tastes the same as any kiwi bakery but increased prices.
I use to come here alot, I have a feeling it's changed owners, as the food tasted different. The meat in my pie tasted wierd, and the prices on everything is really high. Ah well not what it use to be, but if you had nothing to compare it to you might like it.
Good quality bakery, reasonably price.
The croissant has its genuine taste. The Mille- Feuilles is a delightful dessert. But their e’clair is a bit sweet. The steak & cheese pie has ample real chunks of steak in there and is also very delicious.
I had the best custard filled donut from here. A little cramped, admittedly they were busy but would drive all the way from where I'm from in Karaka to get 6 of these :
Pie was average but the chocolate lamington was hands down the worse Ive had. Stale, dry and not traditional. I got takeaway food, so brought my lunch home, but had I sat down to eat I would've demanded a refund. At home it went in the bin!
The amount of money they make here is disturbing, as you can see with my last picture I left my table without eating anymore of it. BLAND BLAND & RIPOFF! So many people love this place, I suppose it's because you lot don't know what's NICE lol I feel for you. Best thing I had was the free water, that's a bonus

Some of the best cream donuts I’ve ever tasted. Perfect crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside bun with a good amount of cream and jam. Delicious rolls and pies are solid 4.5/5 Best Mexican pie I’ve ever eaten Slightly pricy but expected for the area and the foods so good you don’t mind paying a bit extra. Would be nice if they tidied up the shop to be look a bit more appealing when eating in
