I cannot express enough how grateful we are for the incredible experience our son had at Parakai Kindergarten. Over the past 2.5 years he has grown and flourished in ways we never imagined. The teachers are truly passionate and caring, always going above and beyond. We know that a huge part of our sons growth is thanks to the amazing team. We would pick this kindy EVERYTIME
Parakai Kindergarten is a place where you child feels safe, seen and gently encouraged to build their confidence. My son had spent the last 3 years there before turning five and moving to school. Even though he’s moving to school, and his teacher is going to be his mum he still wanted to stay at kindy where “he was so happy”. I feel that the teachers deep love and respect for their tamariki is illustrated in my son’s statement as he was so sad to leave his favourite place. Kindy isn’t just a space place for the children but a space for the whole family to be connected to the thriving community and culture that envelopes Parakai Kindergarten. As a mother and a teacher I could not recommend Parakai Kindy enough and only wish I had sent my older son there too.
You couldn’t ask for a better kindy for your children in the Parakai/Helensville area. We’ve been so lucky to have both our children attend here. The staff are an amazing bunch of women who work so hard to make it the special place it is. You instantly feel apart of their community and they genuinely care about your children and family. We will miss them so much and can’t rate them enough Thank you Parakai Kindy Team

Parakai Kindergarten is absolutely amazing - I honestly couldn’t recommend it more! I highly recommend popping in and checking it out. The teachers are amazing, the children are all really settled and happy, and there’s a great community of parents. Plus is incredible value since it’s non-profit, where most others are businesses
