Designed to capture the spectacular scenery, our spacious holiday home in the seaside resort area of Golden Bay has stunning water views from almost every room. Five sets of bi-folds open to the expansive deck, making for indoor/outdoor magic.

3 bedrooms sleeps 8, comprising 2 Queen sized beds plus a single over double bunk bed with additional pull out single underneath, with ensuite off the main bedroom.

Just a 5-minute walk to the safe and popular swimming beach at Pohara, playground, shop, cafes and bars, it’s elevated enough to enjoy an amazing outlook but still so close to everything.

This is a near-new house, fully double-glazed with heat pump/air-con and equipped with every modern appliance you'd expect. The lounge has a large flat-screen TV with surround sound, DVD player, Freeview, loads of movies and books and board games too. Kitchen includes dishwasher, waste disposal, fridge/freezer with ice-maker, coffee machine and much more. Bathrooms have walk-in showers and the ensuite has a huge spa bath. Access is flat and easy, with loads of secure off-street parking and there are bikes for you to use.

Cell phone coverage is great (can be difficult in some areas) so you can relax in paradise and still be in touch.
