I was kept waiting for quite some time while the person behind the counter kept talking to her friend. The friend kept trying to get away but the woman behind the counter deliberately kept finding new things to talk about.

Served by an unfriendly young boy rolling his eyes while replying to your question. That was the second time we went to paperplus in Cromwell. The first time we were served by a stressed but friendly and helpful lady. Hence the 2 stars and not 1.
