Was very good, little bit inconsistent with the same food on two consecutive days. One day I was brought butter cream with my bagel and next day there was doneFood: 4/5

We went for a very special evening and enjoyed our first course but the service was basic, menus looked tatty, and wine list was not explained. Then ordered ice cream for desert we waited over half an hour! Asked the waitress to enquire at the kitchen! Nothing appeared so we got up and paid the bill. Manager didn’t even offer any apology so we felt flat after our experience at Paper Moon. Simply a very ordinary place nothing to rave about.

We haven't been back here in a long time so it was nice to find that their prices are still reasonable. They have good portions too. We were so full that we could not finish the extra wedges that we ordered had it as takeaway. We enjoyed the 21 day eye fillet and the parmesan crusted snapper. They're both very tasty. The tiramisu was deconstructed but was also delicious, which capped a very enjoyable dinner so thanks a lot for that. The chocolate bomb seems to be the most popular dessert though. We'll try it next time.

For the first time in ages service was okay. Food okay. I have to say, always promt service after ordering. They don't offer more though when they are to close and keen for you to leave. I guess fair enough but it was a Friday. Their website does suggest 9pm closing time so keep that in mind when booking.

We had our Xmas Function here and booked the room at the back. Worked out to be awesome. Had enough walls to contain our noise but enough room to laugh and giggle. Dinner was delicious and service was great. Will definitely come back here again.

Paper moon went form grate to extremely poor. The last 2 visits have seen half asleep dopey staff struggling to get a capachino and veg muffin correct. Constant burnt coffee. I dont plan to come back and you shouldn't visit either

Made a booking here for 2 people. Arrived just before booking time only to be asked to sit at the bar table because there was no tables available. Sat at the table and no one bothered to serve us, not even drinks. The person who seemed to be predominantly in our section was walking around, in and out the door, as if they had nothing to do. We waited 15 minutes before a staff member asked another staff member to serve our table as they passed by and pointed at us. A nice gentleman approached us and we asked if there was an actual table we could sit at as we had made a booking and we’re actually here for a birthday dinner. We were moved to the table in the worlds tightest corner with no room to even pull the chairs out before then being told, “I am going to clear this table so you can sit there if you want” When finally seated at our 3rd seat of the night, no one would serve us. By this stage, we had had a significant amount of time to look over the menu and were ready to order. A staff member walked toward us, then turned to the table beside us to ask if they needed anything else and clear their table whilst we still waited for the slightest bit of attention to be directed our way. Each table we sat at was somewhat sticky and did not feel as though they had been adequately washed in a long time. After 30 minutes we were done with the horrendous atmosphere and attitude of staff so decided to call it a night and walked out. Once again, still unnoticed. By the end of this visit all we had managed to do was to carry a glass of water and menu to 3 different tables and then leave. Absolutely would not recommend visiting here. It was so bad I want to give it a zero, but that’s not possible, so I give you a one star rating.

Good service and reasonable prices, although it’s definitely more of a restaurant rather than a cafe. No cabinet food and no small treats. I suppose I was just wrong in thinking it was more of a cafe/eatery. Young server did a good job, polite and professional.
