Best place to have a family fun day.. playing dart and pool plus food and drinks.
Its finally done a big improvement since I was their last by offering a proper buffet where u can dish up your meals & go back 4 2nds on meat etc vs the other silly set up. I wish they had a better pudding option as this was VERY limited & not the best. It would be nice to see pav & cheese cake added the the pudding list along with fresh fruit salad.
A very enjoyable visit, nice premises & a relatively comprehensive smorgasboard / buffet for the money. Ladies in attendance were friendly & attentive. Bar staff kind of spoiled the "moment" being more like 'military police' when questioning one as to one's club membership & presentation of required membership card
We went for an evening meal after a long hard day. It was my first time there to have a meal. The staff was helpful when I enquired about gluten free at the buffet. The restaurant was clean, food well presented. The chef was helpful. Some items were labeled gf which helped. The salads were beautifully presented and very tasty. The lamb was moist and tender. Several desert choices that were gf. Good value for the price.
Poor customer service, went with 4 others for dinner. They would not renew our membership card to get a meal discount. We left and went to local Chinese. Won't be back to this unfriendly Club ever.
Apart from the young lady clearing the tables, we found the staff to be unfriendly like they didn't want to be there. The food wasn't that great, and we were concerned about the seafood cocktails etc sitting directly where the sun was shining onto them... bit of a health hazzard guys! And we didn't like the fact they put peas &/or curry in a lot of their dishes. why??? This is one place we wouldn't be going back too thats for sure!!
Embers room was amazing for the wedding recently, but the constant complaints where disappointing when wedding cars were there for a short time to allow the bride to walk up then they were moved! The whole night nobody used those parks after cars where moved and dogs allowed to roam the childrens area but nobody did anything to stop this dogs should not be in play area! food was amazing but pav was a disappointment and the constant nagging from bar staff about anything! Will not be recommending this place to people.
Great place for a drink and bite to eat, family friendly with access to darts, pool and snooker tables in the sports bar. Exceptional quality and value for bar meals.
Always great to visit. Good selection of seating areas and menu and well priced drinks. Staff are great
