I just wish I could get an appointment!? It’s such a shame that when you are sick you have to wait 2-3 weeks to see someone. By then you’re either dead or had a few weeks of misery , while getting worse. I don’t like walk in clinics, having to tell new doctors your history and then they go and change everything and say your doctors got things wrong! Let alone the cost of them! I love the team here they have always been awesome to me and my family and I know they are under a lot of pressure but just the lack of being able to see a doctor when ya need one is concerning. Seems an issue across many practices.
I have been with this practice for nearly 8 years. I understand how much pressure the front desk staff are under in such a busy practice with phone calls waiting whilst they serve you etc and yet I have generally found them to be helpful, understanding and kind.
PBFP IS NOT EVEN WORTH 1 STAR, is there a -5 I can choose? Terrible service from the front desk staff, they are so rude, not to mention the terrible management either not sure why they all work in front facing positions when none of them have any decent respect for humans Nurses and doctors are lovely to deal with. Tried to book my child in for an appointment though couple of weeks ago, rung up first thing and then I get to my appointment day and they completely forgot to book her in? How did that happen? Nooo idea but 100% Terrible service, also was declined an appointment for my 5 week old son, had to wait upto 2-3 weeks for an appointment absolute joke would not reccomend this practice to anyone. All I can say is thank god there are walk in services else where.
I been enroled with you for over 10 years now. Never had a bad experience with the doctors but I realised how many bad experiences I had with the front desk over the years. First I thought it was discrimination but then I have seen the same rude behavior with other patients. As much as I extremely appreciate the job you do and understand the pressure you may be under at times, nothing justify mistreatment. And in a place where people come to you vulnerable. I am sure your team can do better and be better for the community.
Sadly, after being enrolled for a number of years, I have no choice but to be generous and give them 1*. The doctors and nurses are lovely but the receptionist is rude, racist and just lacks any manners. She slams the phone down if you do not accept first appointment offered. Recently waited over an hour with a child - appointment was booked days ahead yet we were not seen at all. I was rudely told they now triple book appointments. Recently, been told a 9 day wait is perfectly normal.
