Very clean and comfortable train station! The employees are friendly and active! I often use train from papakura to auckland to avoid traffic blocks!
Great place to start youre journey northward or southward. long distance train stop. Buses next to station entrance main street is roughly 10mins walk. Parking available. Public swimming pools nearby.
What rubbish station! Zero for customer service, no staff available on the platforms and to top it off the machines that they put there to replace workers don’t even work.... effpos card machine is always down. Oh and if your in a wheelchair don’t bother!!! at transport got you covered, perfectly good lifts that are never working. Please take The stairs!
Shelter. Toilet. In good condition. A shame they can't run trains to a timetable = missed the Pukekohe connection by 20 seconds so 10 people left on the platform. No wonder people prefer their cars.
