Located at Parkway Parade Level 1, PappaRich. We were welcomed by the staff the moment we reached and got seated immediately. The ambience ok with comfortable seating. Slightly noisy with bigger groups around. Asian dishes on menu.. with nice pictures! Our food came fast and true to pics! Very nicely presented! Dishes served hot and strong in aroma for curries! Nasi Lemak with curry chicken and Sambal prawns: Chicken leg was tender and nice. Prawns were fresh and not too spicy. Cucumber slices abit too thick for me. Generous serving of ikan bilis with nuts. Chicken curry laksa: Hot soup! Not gelak and seriously flavourful. Fresh cockles and ingredients ! Spicy level just right. Sambal chilli served on the side as well. Service staff look grouchy and not so friendly. Tend to crowd together to chat. When we needed something, we waved and made eye contact with one of the lady and she just stared back at us without coming over. Hmmmm i wonder if she expected us to shout across to her what we need. Recommended for the good food and nice ambience.

Service and food was good. Ordered watan hor fun n bee hoon combo. Serving was good for sharing. Nasi lemak with fried chicken is still as good. Kang kong balance is nice too - ask for less salt for healthier choice!

I visited the outlet at Parkway Parade and the service rendered by Rochell and May was exceptional!! Kudos and. Keep up the impeccable service. John and Rochelle service never failed to meet my expectations. I am a frequent customer of Pappa Rich. I always comeback not only because of the delicious food but because of the Excellent Service provided by the team led by John and May.

Surprisingly good and value for money. Had more stuff but forgot to take photo as was too hungry. The fried chicken skin was divine! But need to share otherwise too jelat for one person. But oh so divine. The curry chicken laksa noodles was so good too but quite a lot for me but maybe cos I was stuffing myself with the chicken skin. The steamed otak was nice too and goes well with the sambal chilli that came with the laksa. On its own the otak would not have been so nice. Also had the curry chicken chop not in the photo cos forgot to take. The crispiness of the chicken chop just as nice as the chicken skin and the curry to go with the chop yummy. The place is certainly understaffed so be patient and nice to the wait staff cos they are trying their best. The menu photos don’t do the food justice. The real food so much more appetising looking.

Had dinner with 4 friends at their Parkway Parade outlet. Food was delicious, service excellent ! Would like to give credit to service staff May especially for her attentiveness and polite nature ! Kudos and keep up the good work. Came back again on 3 / 6 / 23 to savour the food option and was not disappointed! Special thanks to Asst Manager John and service staff Rochelle for making our dining experience memorable!

The nasi lemak rice will be much better if more coconut is added to it. As for the king prawn crispy noodle, the noodle will also be better if it is crispier.Food: 4/5

Despite the full house, food served very promptly with the deliciousness intact. One waitress even offered ice/cold water when she saw tables without drinks. The rendang very kiamsiap on beef though, else this would have been a 5 star experience.

It was my first dine in experience here at this outlet, and I must say there's a lot of room for improvement. 1 A female wait staff named Rochell who had her back to the restaurant's entrance and with 1 leg propped on the nearest seat while chatting with another female staff sitting at the same table. 2 While seated, I had to call out at the same wait staff 3 times before she had to end her chat with her colleague abruptly to take my order chit from my table. By then my mood was already half dampened. 3 Last but not least John who was manning the cashier counter at that time was so busy with his mobile phone that I had to be kept waiting at the cashier to make my payment. No immediate apology from him whatsoever before receiving my payment. I seriously wonder why I'm paying a 10% service charge in this restaurant for sub-standard service. I've had experienced better service at the nearby Burger King without the silly service charge. 4 And the only comfort I can take from this horrible dining experience was the food I ordered, which at least didn't disappoint me.

Love the Malaysian chicken satay. Claypot water king prawn tang hoon is a letdown though - way overcooked it became mushy.

We frequent this place Papparich Parkway as a family due to its food and friendly staff. However never thought to write a review until today to commend the excellent staff for the trustworthiness and kindness. I accidentally left my bank card on 13 May while dining in for an early lunch with young children in tow and did not realise I had dropped the card. John and his team kept it safe and assured me that they had the card and also painstakingly asked me questions to ensure that I was rightful owner of the card numerous times to ensure that the card did not get into the wrong hands. Thank you again for your honesty. We hope to keep coming back. Good job!
