We went for the Rib special . We booked a table and are glad we did because this place is very popular. So I would say if you want by I go ,rather book a table even if you assume it won’t be busy . But I can see why they are popular. They have different specials on different days and we intend on trying them all in the coming few weeks . The ribs we had came with chips and salad . The ribs HuGE. There was so much on the plate . I had to take some ribs home . Everything we ate was bloody yummy. We got the last ribs . And that was at about 6 pm. Even though the special is all day ribs I would advise if you want to try them book a table and try and go no later than 5:30pmish cos their ribs are hella good and popular and the offer does say something about ribs are limited numbers. I had the cocktail of the week. I think it was called a Robot. Mother of dragons it was good . I hope I can ask for it next time I go and it isn’t just something that was for the week we went . Also the decor new and modern and the place is very clean. The views are stunning . Im not a smoker but they had a clean section for the smokers .and it wasn’t tucked away . They still had the view. When we got there the front desk told us the place was booked up.I could only see 2 waitresses . The person at the front desk had to help with waiting and clearing tables. But the three of them handled everything so professionally , kept on smiling and didn’t break a sweat. Very good service .very impressed with the staff on the day we went. Wish I had taken names and taken pictures of the food. Just before we left we say a couple of more waitresses start working . We are definitely going back. Kid-friendliness: They have a little menu for kids . There were people with kids. But they were little babies. So I can’t say if older kids unable to sit still and running around , would be a deal breaker but when we were there the kids weren’t too “loud” . Parking: Parking on site but also street parking Wheelchair accessibility: Is on ground floor so easy access for wheel chairs Dietary restrictions: Very accommodating . Just ask server
The resturant was really busy and as a consequence the food delivery took a long time. When the food did arrive it was nice. The loaded fries were fantastic. The biggest drawback was the music. The quality of the music great and she sung well and good songs but it was so loud you could not talk to anyone.Food: 4/5
This was one of our favourite restaurants, we would come over once a week from Tauranga for lunch and few wines. Unfortunately we were told the chef had moved on and menu changed. Our favourite dish, Thai beef salad has now gone. unfortunately we won't be back.
Amazing experience visit after visit. We live close by and this is definitely your local restaurant. Great service, food quality very good and pricing is beyond reasonable. Highly recommended. Kid-friendliness: Kids menu and outside area with hammocs Parking: Excelsa shopping centre offers many parks.
We had our wedding reception here, we chose this place as we have always had such a great experience with the team and food when we have visited for meals. They absolutely went over and above and it was the most perfect reception we could have asked for. Just excellent. Morning after wedding brunch. Plenty of room, lovely atmosphere and Staff. The food was very well presented and was delicious. Definitely recommend Vegetarian options: Good choices

Amazing food My friends went for my birthday and they were so kind definitely coming back should go for amazing food real taste and just beutiful vibe !!! Kid-friendliness: Lovely backyard and swings for kids to have a wonderful time and if you dont like your children complaining when the food is coming pop them outside and they will forget all about it !
The girls are amazingly friendly and hardworking. Fantastic atmosphere and pleasant environment. Food is fresh,tasty, yummy and well served. Not pricey. Highly recommended!!!
