Well first time there I think they need to offer a walk though to jst reinsure the client where the dog is going to sleep and spend most of there time. I can't say for sure but whn our dog was returned to us we could see that he had been biting his tail which he has never done in his life maybe due to stress of leaving him or boredom. Would have to use them more than once to see what they are like. Our dog Obi was in good spirit and happy and they did txt us during the 4 days he was there to say he was doing fine which was nice.
Miss Ruby's first stay with Mary and the team at Pampered Pets and she had a great stay thanks so much, peace of mind that a great team is looking after the fur baby. Great service and will be back again soon.
The best care possible for our dog
Our lab Cooper has been going to Pampered Pets since he was about 6months old now 4yrs. Mary and her team are awesome, super friendly and very caring, our dog loves going there and we would never take him anywhere else. Highly recommend Pampered Pets to anyone.
Mary is delightful and she made leaving our dog here for a week no problem. What a great place!
