Palazzo Kitchens

Worked with a designer who no longer works here. She was great but the overall service we have received from Palazzo has been absolutely terrible and inadequate. Very difficult to work with. Would not recommend and wish we had chosen a different company.

Same experience as Sophia. 35 minutes in the shop and the only time the two staff working acknowledged us was when we were in their way while they tried to put some wine into the fridge. Why bother to open?

Terrible service. 5 staff working and not one of them acknowledged us until we were walking out the door! Don’t know why they spend money on radio advertising trying to get people to come in when they clearly don’t want any business! Disappointing.

Amazing kitchens and quiet affordable

Ordered stools, promised 2-3 day availability and it took nearly 2 weeks.
