We are still there and enjoying every minute. Hosts are excellent.
Best camping in Golden Bay for my taste with direct beach access, 1/3 of sites have Se view ! Boat ramp, showers could have a makeover, but clean and functional and hey, they are no extra charge! Friendly staff, ideal location, way superior to any other Golden Bay campground I tried and budget fees on top!
Awesome place to stay. Dog friendly, Great place for kids, plenty for them to do. Definitely staying again. A++ rating from me.
Thanks Gay and Graeme you really are very hospitable, friendly people. I had a lovely weekend with my granddaughter, she loved the playground and the beautiful beach was just down a few steps. We have already booked to come again we only got back yesterday. Thanks again!!
Being near the ocean the native birds the managers at the camp such a great place
Gaye and Gary are always friendly and helpful !! Campers have smiles for miles and the beach is amazing ,where else would you go .Pohara side is packed ,Pakawau has some space and the fishing off the beach is available and suprise surprise ,shellfish !
Great location being right on the beach. Shop on site which was extremely clean and well stocked. Would recommend this camp. Facilities are a bit run down but extremely clean.
A rustic camping ground right by the beautiful beach. Stayed more than 2 weeks. Sad to leave but definitely come back again! The managers are very friendly and generous. Plus the shop has everything we needed. Their weekly rate is a great deal.
