Picked up an online shop this afternoon, and hands down the best online shopping experience I’ve had! The person who selected and packed my shopping Bessie T was so thoughtful with their selections fruit and veg and categorised & organised everything for me so perfectly into cardboard boxes. Sounds a bit over the top, but honestly it put the biggest smile on my face, and helped me to put away my shopping quickly whilst juggling two little children. Also nice not to have a thousand bags lying around the house afterwards. My husband thinks I’ve officially lost my marbles getting so excited over packed groceries, but I am very appreciative and loved Bessie’s organisational skills! : If you can Pak n Save, please pass on my feedback to Bessie T :

Yeah great service and good specials happening weekly and has always got what you need from a supermarket store and sometimes overcrowded at certain times so need more self service checkouts but much cleaner store than most of been in Auckland.

Not all stores are created equal. Lovely arts, crafts and fresh plants and flowers at the entrance. There fuel is getting more competitive nowadays.

Supermarket is just like you average supermarket! One huge issue I have, is there is no wifi of internet in store. They have a blooker on in store. Ik they are probably doing it so people can't compare competitors prices but the supermarket is one place you dooo need to be able to phone out. E.g the other day I needed to phone my daughter at the supermarket to get her to add something to her list, there was no way of getting hold of her. Msgs wouldn't even send to her. Another time I needed to ring home to check if we had something in the pantry once again no way of getting through. Come on guys get it together, I've heard several people with the same complaint! Your a chain store your big enough to survive/make a profit without needing this!

Always check your docket before leaving store nd to check the counter price. Make note of all prices, even with Shop and Go. You will be overcharged on a few items.

Ample Parking. Good Prices except for increasing the price of my favourite potato n gravy from $2 to $5 Public toilet available.

Usually fine, apart from the fairly inconsistent price labeling, lazy deli descriptions that tell you to ask staff for ingredients which is time wasting and completely useless advice when deli is closed.

Love pak n save. By far the cheapest supermarket to shop at. Always nice and fresh produce and well stocked store

Clean, large range, very affordable, plenty of parking and trolleys. Usually quick to get through checkouts. Great seafood selection with good meat, bakery and fruit/veggie selections. Recent times have caused a few items I usually get to disappear but I have found alternatives in stock that work well enough.

Alot of good deals. Love the flower set up before entering the store
