The selection at this pak n save has gone down hugely since the new owners have taken over. When we first started shopping there in 2007 and after for many years it was great, now it is appalling. A lot of us now go.out of town to do our staple shop.
While the staff are lovely and very helpful, I am continually frustrated by the lack of variety of product and by the inconsistencies of supply of even basic items. Competition is desperately needed in Thames to get management to lift their game. I repeat this low mark is no reflection on the staff
It was my first time to go there but i like the store very .much.the people there are accomodating.
Staff is pleasant and for the most part things are easy to find
Pak N Save is our home supermarket. Have tried others but our super is the best. The staff are lovely and it is always clean and tidy.
Teach your staff Lisa, check out 9 13/2 to recognise age. I am 38, have tattoos all over including my neck and am CLEARLY over 18.
