We loved our stay here recently for Waitangi celebrations. Perfect location to walk to Treaty grounds and other events. Quiet area, excellent kitchen, clean, and lovely owners. Beach towels provided. In this 30 degree heatwave was too hot in bedrooms however air con about to be installed. Would stay there again.

A fantastic family apartment that provides everything that’s suits a family - garage, separate bedrooms, kitchen lounge and bathroom. Super clean and fresh and in a great location.
Nice place to stay on your trip up north. Came with the 6 of us. This is a quiet neighborhood to sleep in and also to do a backyard grill.
Excellent!!! Friendly, clean, well equipped for families, boating, fishing, bbqs. So close to shops, restaurants, beach and playground. Great safe neighbour hood family feel. Will book again
The best in the Bay. Great apartments very comfortable and clean. Great location. I'll be coming back again.
