I have used Anne Moffatt from Eves for 5 years to manage our first investment property and then our second. She has been exceptional in getting the right tenants and also managing any issues. She regularly updates me on what needs to be done. Eves as a whole has been excellent and their charges are bloody fair considering the trouble free experience I have had so far. We enlisted Eve,Julie Parkinson to sell my mother's house in Tauranga, the professional manner in which they conducted the sale was impressive, Julie went out of her way to put my aged mother at ease, she in my view went beyond what you would expect. I would have know problem in recommending Eve's and in particular Julie to cover your listing.

Someone named Bruce Simister is engaging in dirty business trying to get other companies agents removed from Facebook. I looked him up and he works for this company. Would never trust a business that treat competitors like this.

didn't help with my questions regarding rental situation I'm in and offered bias advice

They don't have enough rentals to provide to customers and they never seem to contact you at all until you call them there service needs updating.

Have brought and sold through Dianne and Ashleigh Davidson Great agent

Sales agents lie to sitting tenants  and most of their property managers are hard to reach when its a long weekend and you have an emergency.

Great service in the rental division
