I had a great experience visiting the Pahiatua museum on Sunday. Gilly and Andy did a fantastic job of taking my friends and I through the history of the museum and learning about the displayed Polish orphans that were taken in by the New Zealand government. I could see the way Gilly talked about the struggle and experience of the orphans that she took great pride in her work. I would recommended anyone coming through Pahiatua to stop by and check out the museum. Thank you Gilly and Andy for the fantastic and worthwhile experience.
