WHAT DID PAFELIO DO BEFORE REAL ESTATE?
Pafelio grew up in Vaito'omuli, Palauli, on the Big Island of Savai'i, Samoa, part of a very large family, all of whom attended Palauli Primary and Intermediate Schools.

After leaving Samoa College, he started a career as a Lands and Survey Technician with the Lands and Survey Department of Samoa. He came to NZ for further training and experience at the Trentham Survey School and at the Ministry of Lands and Survey in Napier. While in Napier he met and married his wife Faye. He left Lands and Survey and worked with Firestone Tyre Services in Napier for nine years.

Leaving Firestone Tyre Services, Pafelio, Faye and their four children joined a Christian Missionary Organization called Youth With A Mission doing mission work in the Pacific, Asia, North & South America.

After some years with Youth With A Mission he decided to move into Real Estate.

Pafelio believes in building good relationships with people, regardless of who they are and tries to bring that approach to his systems and processes when selling property.


WHAT DOES PAFELIO DO WHEN HE'S NOT SELLING REAL ESTATE?

Living locally and with family also living locally means, yes, you guessed it, any spare time Pafelio has after work is tied up with family.

Pafelio and wife Faye have four grown up children, one of whom is well known journalist with Radio New Zealand, Leilani Momoisea.
